This Refund Policy applies to Cutforge SDK subscriptions, sold by Maxence Leguéry, micro-entreprise, SIRET 99939314300014, 200 rue de la croix nivert, 75015, Paris, France (“we”, “us”) through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Cutforge is billed as an annual subscription.

14-day money-back guarantee
If Cutforge isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription charge and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.
Renewals
Your subscription renews automatically each year. Renewal charges are not covered by the 14-day guarantee. You can cancel at any time (via your Lemon Squeezy receipt or by contacting us) to stop the next renewal; cancelling keeps your access through the end of the paid term, and — under our perpetual-fallback License — you may keep using every version released during your paid term indefinitely. We don’t pro-rate or refund a renewal that has already been charged, except where required by law.
When a refund cannot be issued
Because a license key is digital content delivered instantly, a refund is no longer available once the key has been activated or used in a production build of your application. By activating the key you confirm that delivery has begun and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for that digital content, as permitted under EU consumer law. We may also decline refunds where we reasonably detect abuse of this policy (e.g. repeated buy-then-refund cycles).
This does not affect your statutory rights: where the Software is defective, materially not as described, or was never delivered, you remain entitled to a remedy regardless of the 14-day window.
How to request a refund
Email maxence.leguery@gmail.com from the address used for the purchase, or contact Lemon Squeezy support, with your order number. As the Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy processes the payment and issues approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Lemon Squeezy’s own refund terms also apply to the transaction.
Enterprise and custom orders
Enterprise licenses and any custom-negotiated terms are governed by the specific agreement signed for that order, which may set different refund terms.
