These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cutforge website
(cutforge.dev), documentation, the hosted demo (app.cutforge.dev), and the
license validation service (license.cutforge.dev), operated by
Maxence Leguéry, micro-entreprise, SIRET 99939314300014, 200 rue de la croix nivert, 75015, Paris, France (“we”,
“us”). By using these, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use
them.
The Cutforge SDK software itself is licensed separately under the Commercial License Agreement (the “EULA”), which governs all use of the software. These Terms cover the website, demo, and validation service.
1. The hosted demo
The demo at app.cutforge.dev is provided for evaluation only, “as is”,
with watermarked output and capped export duration/resolution and saving
disabled. It may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Do not rely on it for production work.
2. Purchases and licenses
Purchases are processed by our reseller / Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record for the transaction. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms and refund policy. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first subscription charge, voided once a license key is activated; renewals are not auto-refunded). License keys are issued to your organization and are personal to you — you may not share, resell, or publish them. Your use of the SDK is governed by the EULA.
3. Acceptable use
You will not: (a) attempt to circumvent evaluation limits, license checks, or watermarks; (b) probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or attack the website, demo, or validation service; (c) scrape or harvest content except as permitted; or (d) use the services unlawfully or to infringe any right.
4. Intellectual property
The website, documentation, demo, and the Cutforge software and brand are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights granted in the EULA, no rights are granted to you.
5. Availability
We provide the website, demo, and validation service on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis with no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any of them at any time.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE WEBSITE, DEMO, AND VALIDATION SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, DEMO, OR VALIDATION SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED EUR 50 (the website/demo/service are provided free of charge; liability for paid software is governed by the EULA). Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, demo, or validation service, or your breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. The courts of Tribunal judiciaire de Paris have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
